This class is aimed to enhance the awareness for your movements and its embodied creative potential. We use images and partnering as tools to increase and expand our range of movements and our soma-aesthetic potential. The class is one session, no pauses or exercises but a continuity of instructions one on top of the other. Each instruction does not cancel the previous one but is added to it, layer upon layer. In this class we gain knowledge and self-awareness through our body by constantly moving and researching. The class is a different way for learning and strengthening your body and adding flexibility, stamina, and agility while lightening the senses and imagination. The work improves instinctive movement and connects conscious and unconscious movement, and it allows for an experience of freedom and pleasure in a simple way and to enjoy music, yourself and others in a dance.
